Training: Learning Week – ITALY – from 02/28/2023 to 03/03/2023

The LEARNING WEEK for orientation, self-evaluation and conscious planning of future choices. It is an innovative training course, of an experiential nature, carried out with the outdoor methodology, which allows you to “detach” from everyday life to concentrate and focus attention on the training commitment. The path is carried out according to a learning process that also integrates the acquisition of experience and develops teacher-recipient and peer relationships. Practical tests and group activities among participants promote the development of transversal skills, encouraging problem solving, flexibility, planning and stress management. The participants will be in continuous discussion and challenge but at the same time in a “peer to peer” situation. The training of professionals will allow them to use the methods and tools learned in their own activity of planning and managing actions regarding adult education.
