Training: Improvisation theater – ITALY – from 11/21/2022 to 11/25/2023

The training activities allowed professionals to share their skills and experiences developed in national contexts. The training days focused on two methodologies: IMPROVISATION THEATER for the development of soft skills: exercises and techniques specific to improvisation theater teaching were proposed. Some basic skills that this discipline develops are: ability to listen, to be aware of oneself and others, communicate clearly, have confidence, support, make choices spontaneously. The participants shared and experienced the practical moments led by the trainer, alternating them with moments of analysis of the dynamics that emerged in order to activate reflection and the transposition of the workshop experience in their own country. During the RISK AND FAIL activity: the murder party laboratory aimed at getting out of the comfort zone and welcoming failure as part of the process was presented.
