Local testing laboratories

The partners have organized local experimentation workshops with unemployed women over 40. The improvisation theater workshop involves the experimentation of a “murder party” activity intended as a tool to help adults regain confidence and awareness useful for the search for Work. During the activities, through theatrical improvisation games, you learn to accept mistakes, get to know yourself and take risks. Through interrogations you will train active listening, non-verbal language and learn to ask questions. To find the killer, problem solving will be experimented and thanks to assertiveness the participants will have the opportunity to identify their life project. The learning week sessions will be organized in an “adventure camp” style in which the participants will have to live together, learn to collaborate, and team up to face challenges, each bringing their own specific expertise and identifying new goals
